Rename Photos Based On Their EXIF DateEXIF ReName is a small tool that enables you to rename your digital images based on their date taken and/or a custom prefix.The program extracts the "Date Taken" information from the EXIF data of the image file and either appends it to the current file name or replaces the file name with a combination of the date and a custom comment.Other features include customizable file name patterns and date formats and optional folder creation (based on the date).We would like to see a preview option added, which would allow you to test your renaming settings without actually renaming any files. Until then, it may be a good idea to copy some images to a temp folder and work with them until you are familiar with the results.
